ICWT provides personalized private tour guiding services. Specific details about tours, pricing, and availability can be found on our website. Please note that as I am not a licensed guide, according to the french regulations, I won’t be able to provide interior tours of historical monuments.

• Booking: Tours can be booked via our website through email or phone.
• Payment: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 7 days before the tour date.

When canceling a confirmed booking it depends on the moment of cancellation if, and for what amount you will be refunded.

• You will receive a refund when canceling within 24 hours of making the booking.
• You will receive a refund for the amount you paid minus 10% service fee when canceling more than 24 hours after making the booking and more than 7 days before the start of the booking.
• When canceling less than 7 days before the booking, or if the time between the moment of booking and the start of the booking is less than 24 hours you will not receive a refund.

Keep in mind, it may take up to 10 working days from the cancelled date for the refund to reach your account, depending on the processing time between banks and regions.

• Rescheduled bookings : In case your booking was rescheduled, the cancellation policy takes into account the date when the original booking was made. Therefore, whenever you cancel a booking which was rescheduled, you would only be entitled to a refund if the original booking date/time are within the cancellation window. 
• Same day bookings : If the booking was made for the same day, meaning the starting time is within 24 hours no refunds apply.

Cancellation from ICWT : In case ICWT is no longer available for a confirmed booking, the first option will always be to reschedule. ICWT will offer you the opportunity to choose another time or date in their calendar directly, so that you can still do the experience together.

If rescheduling is not an option, in the unfortunate case your experience is cancelled and no other date is possible, you will receive a 100% refund for the amount paid.

Changes to the itinerary (dedicated activities) can be made up to 7 days before the tour. After that, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

• Reducing the number of guests on your booking: If you are reducing the number of guests on a booking, please note that the cancellation policy will apply, should the removal happen outside the cancellation window, and you will not be entitled to a refund. If the reduction is happening within the cancellation window, you may cancel and rebook for the correct number of participants.
• Increasing the number of guests on your booking: If you want to increase the number of guests, at any time, please contact ICWT to ensure the feasibility.

While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, ICWT is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the tour. Clients participate at their own risk.

Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards guides and other participants. We reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund if a client behaves inappropriately.

We value your privacy. Your personal information will be used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in France.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
